I feel I paid a lot for the location. The a/c didn't work properly, it was almost only chinese channels on tv, and the shower was the cheap one that heats up the water as it runs. As we all know that just doesn't work. I will not stay in Nova hotel next time I visit Kuala Lumpur.

Very good hotel with very good buffet breakfast, Location being very good close to shopping centre within walking distance. Overall our stay at Nova and malaysia in particular was excellent. I do not mind recomending this hotel to all.
